Fire extinguishing set of the dry pipe hose system must meet the conditions listed below in order to ensure proper operation of the system:

• the fire extinguishing set should from a separate fire sector and it should provide for safe access in the case of a fire,
• the supply line of the hydrant to the fire extinguishing set should be freeze-proof,
• the design of the sewage system has to provide for water drainage from the concrete bed of the fire extinguishing set,
• mechanical engineering design should envisage heating and ventilation of the fire extinguishing station,
• high-voltage design should provide for the following in the fire extinguishing set:
• power supply 220 V, 1 kW
• lighting
• electrical socket
• grounding of the set
• emergency lights above doors
• low-voltage design should ensure that the fire alarm signal and malfunction signal are transmitted to the a permanent control point.
