In accordance with the standard HRN EN 15004, such tests in any protected zone are necessary to ensure that the fire suppression gas remains in the protected zone up to 10 minutes. If testing the efficiency of the fixed gaseous fire suppression systems laid down in the Fire Protection Act is conducted pursuant to the standard HRN EN 15004 or standard NFPA 2001, it is vital to check the hold time of gas in the protected zone.
